Abstract:
A method for preparing glycerol monolaurate by esterification of glycerol with lauric acid is introduced. The reaction parameter is that the molar ratio of lauric acid to glycerol is 1:2 5. The reaction temperature was 180 ℃, the reaction time was 5h, and the yield reached 55 2%. The product was purified by water extraction and low temperature crystallization, the refined monoglycerides were analyzed by chemical methods, and its application in medicine was introduced.

Abstract:
The invention provides a high-purity triglycerol monolaurate, a preparation method and application thereof, and relates to the field of food biotechnology. The preparation method of high-purity triglycerol monolaurate includes four steps: Synthesis of polyglycerol, purification of triglycerol, synthesis of triglycerol laurate and purification of triglycerol monolaurate. In the method provided by the invention, the lipase 435 is used as a catalyst, and the triglycerol and lauric acid are used as raw materials to synthesize the triglycerol monolaurate, and the method of molecular distillation and ethyl acetate/water extraction is combined, the high-purity triglyceryl monolaurate was rapidly prepared on a large scale by first removing the triglyceryl polyesters and then separating the triglycerols. The method provided by the invention realizes the high efficiency, low toxicity, rapid and high purity large-scale preparation of the multifunctional food additive tripolyglycerol monolaurate.
